Description
There are occasions where you want to congratulate someone from coming through a rough patch – or completing a really tough project. It could also be used as a birthday card or congratulations card. Let’s celebrate the little victories.
The colour base of the card is green and is A5 in size.
The image is a hand drawn artists digital file which has been printed in black and hand coloured with Copic inks by me on to a white card. The edge has been cut in a fancy shape and it has been matted with a pearly peacock blue. There a re 4 ‘nail head’ decorations in the corners, and little red gems on the flowers. The base card has been layered with a hand torn vellum paper – then a textured blue / green marbled and inked paper – which has been painted with white and silver cloud shapes. The bottom part of the backing paper has been over laid with a flower pattern paper with a little bit of ‘grass’ cut from pearly green card.
The greetings have been hand scribed in a sepia ink on to a white tag and read ‘Blue skies – – – ‘ on one – ‘Nothing but Blue Skies – from now on’ on the other. They have been layered to match the main image and set flat on the card with ‘nail head’ decoration in the corners.
All my cards are unique, one off pieces of art, completed and ready to post out to you. They come with a plain inner for you to write your own message on and a plain envelope for you to present the card to the recipient.
