Description
Copper wire wrapped dahlia bead necklace, this simple but very elegant necklace is all about the stunning dahlia bead, the bead is handcrafted by a renowned bead maker, and really is a beautiful bead. So I decided upon this design long elegant lines with gentle curls, wire wrapping carefully and not to over show the bead. Once wrapped I gave the piece a patina bath to give it the lovely antique look, then I give it the first polish to bring back out the copper, once that is done and I’m happy I finally finish it off with a specialist wax that not only protects the piece but gives it a beautiful shine and finish.
The pendant measures 6cms by 2cms wide. It will be set upon a 43cm copper chain necklace, unless requested differently.
