Handmade metal bangle, sublimation printed with a positive quote to make you or a loved one feel more positive. It is perfect as a gift for someone struggling with their mental health.
As someone who has struggled with depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, and panic attacks. I honestly find surrounding myself with positive messages really helps me to stay positive.
These bangles are made from a special silver coloured aluminium to enable me to print any message on them. It is then heated under pressure to 200°c so it won’t wash off. Aluminium is ideal for jewellery because it is light, allergy friendly, affordable and unlike silver, doesn’t tarnish. (It would cost much more made in silver too).
It will fit any size wrist because you carefully bend it open, slide on to your wrist and press closed to fit.
The message on this bangle reads “Breathe deeply. Ground yourself by experiencing the world through your senses.”
This is based on grounding techniques I’ve been recommended to use for helping with anxiety and panic attacks. It can really help to be mindfully aware of things you can see, hear, touch, smell or taste.
