DESIGN
The Footprint Word Art comes on an A4 size of card placed in a photo frame of your choice. The words in the collage can be personalised with some standard words used which are: life, love, cot, crib, clothes, nursery, nappies, wipes, daughter, new arrival, moses basket, baby girl, pram and family. In the Word Art, the words are in different shades of pink but can also be of any colour. The word Art will be printed from my Canon MG4200 series Printer and will be printed onto card For Frame choices, see below.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Baby Feet Typography also has the child’s full name on with the date and time they were born, where they were born and the weight. Please use the ‘Order Notes to Seller’ box to let me know this information.
FRAMES
The Baby Feet Word Art can come in a choice of frames. These frames can be: Darkteak, White, Pink, Black, Silver or Oak.
PROCESSING TIMES:
The Typography takes upto 1 week (depending on choice of photo frame chosen) and aims to be shipped out to you within 1 week. (depending on back orders.) Please see my shop announcement to see how long my Processing Time is when you place your order.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:
All items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box with tissue paper on top.
Postage is 1st class Signed For Royal Mail in the UK. For international orders, postage is International Tracked and Signed For Royal Mail.

My name is Leanne and when I first discovered crafts it was to help me to deal with stress as a career for my mum who had cancer. I was mainly doing card making but a few years ago I learnt how to crochet and crocheting has helped me with the stress for what a career has to do. Unfortunately in 2015, my mum passed away so was no longer a carer. However in 2016, things started to change, I got Depression and Crocheting was my way out. Crocheting gave me something to do and made me feel useful. I’ve also got a beautiful daughter who has a slight disability as she is currently struggling with her feeding which means she currently has a NG tube down.
Since having Depression and focusing on looking after my daughter, I soon found a love for the other crafts in which I used to do and these include: Card-making, Scrabble Art and Word Art Typographys. I also did cross stitching when I was younger and have also picked that up again.

If you are not totally in love with your item, I operate a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding custom or personalised items that cannot easily be resold). Please contact me via my Contact Craftie button within 14 days of receiving your item, indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. Please include date and details of your order. If you wish to return your item, you will be notified of where to send it.
Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received. If requesting a refund, your Paypal account will be credited within 2 days.
If you have chosen to receive an exchange, on receipt of the returned item, a replacement item will be made. In the unlikely event your item needs to be repaired, you’ll be informed how long this will take.
