Why won’t my product save?

If your product isn’t saving or publishing, it’s normally because or one of the following:
-Your product name is too long
-You haven’t completed some required info.

Scroll to the top of your product listing to view the error messages.
Fix the errors then click the Add Product button.

If you don’t see any error messages, then it’s possible you have been logged out by your computer. This rarely happens but it’s worth mentioning here.
Here’s what to do:
Open a new tab, go to and log back in. Click ‘Add Product’ button to open a new blank product listing form. Then copy and paste the information from your old product listing to your new product listing and click the Add Product button.
