I’ve been reading your Crafties blogs today, ladies who write them. They’re all extremely inspirational and honest, I admire that, I can see you put your heart and soul into them. I thought I wouldn’t know where to start, but why not here to let you know how you have inspired me today, to have a go!

I shall also continue to read your blogs. I feel like I’m getting to know you all better, I’m sharing your lives, and with you every step of the way. Brave, gutsy ladies I have so much admiration for you. This may be my one and only attempt but here goes!

Just because something is hard doesn't make it impossibleYou’ve inspired me to try and get off my backside more, not to wallow in pain and fatigue but to try and push my way through it. To try and get a bit of control back over my life and stop feeling like my life is over. It’s a new life, that I’m still struggling to accept, with all its limitations.
I feel stronger for reading how you ladies constant claw and grab back elements of your lives that could be gone forever, if we chose to stop fighting, to give in to our illnesses. Thank you for being so brave, and for sharing your journey’s living with chronic illness, warts and all!

Finding Conscious Crafties,  getting to know you all has helped me tremendously. We are a community, of like-minded individuals who share our experiences of living, and crafting, with long term chronic illnesses with each other. And those of you who are braver than me, sharing your experiences with the world. That takes a lot of guts and bravery.

 I’m not quite there yet!…
