Pretty lilac purple Jade 8mm beads alternate with 8mm bright white Agate round beads feature in this uniquely designed ladies Sterling Silver chain & beaded necklace.
To complete this summery design I’ve added a small seamless Sterling Silver round bead between each of these semi precious gemstones. I think you’ll agree the white really brings out the wonderful shade of the purple Jade beads.
These are strung onto high quality strong & flexible 49 strand thread & attached to a high quality Sterling Silver trace chain. The length of this pretty handmade necklace is 19″.
This elegant fluid purple & white necklace is light to wear, so can be worn at any time & can easily take you from day wear to dressing up in the evening.
Perfect at any time of the year when you want to add a pop of colour to your outfit.
You’ll also notice that these Jade beads have a beautiful iridescence, quite unusual for Jade. So just watch as the beads shimmer & shine with even the slightest of movements.

Hello I’m Lynne & this is me – I was first diagnosed with osteo-arthritis when I was just 15. Apart from this, I was well until 2008 I was a busy wife & Mum of 2 children working part time. Then came the distressing news that I had inflammatory Breast Cancer, which is an aggressive form where survival rates were quite low compared to other types of breast cancer.
After 11.5 months in total of 9 months of aggressive chemotherapy which nearly saw me off twice, operation & radiotherapy, I very gradually returned to work in 2009 17.5 months after my initial diagnosis.
The first time my hair fell out it came back 50 shades of grey that looked like cotton wool. One of my daughters is a hairdresser & I said to her what on earth can we do about this I look like a sheep! To which she succinctly said ‘I don’t know’. The 3rd type of chemo (vile) saw it off again. Luckily for me it came back my natural colour. Phew what a relief!
In 2010, I knew that I wasn’t going to be able to work until I was 66, (what a ridiculous age for anyone to have to work to), so I started making jewellery hoping that by the time it came for me to have to give up work, I hoped I’d be quite good at it.
Over the years up to now, I’ve been diagnosed with slipped discs in my spine which they termed degenerative disc disease, osteoporosis, global osteo-arthritis also meaning that my knees are now bone on bone & are inoperable. fibromyalgia, vertigo, neutropenia & anxiety. No wonder I have anxiety! Haha
In October of 2018 I was told that my cancer had returned so is now incurable. No I haven’t asked that question some of us want to ask because I know I’ll just give into it & that’s not who I am.
Coincidentally it was in October 2018, I was approached to enter an awards process organised by the Small Business UK Awards. I just agreed never imagining that I’d win and so thought no more of it. Then in November 2018 I was given the amazing news that I’d actually won. I was awarded BEST FASHION JEWELLERY DESIGNER 2018 – WEST MIDLANDS. To say I was surprised & ecstatic is a bit of an understatement.
So now, here I am going from day to day doing what I can each day & enjoying every moment of it. Throughout it all I’m still the same smiley person I’ve always been, because you can’t change who a person is, right? I won’t let cancer determine who I am. So now a new wonder drug is taking out what I had left of my white blood cells so am just waiting to see if there are any other options. Heck, I do hope so.
Thank you for reading my story.
