Description

This visual timetable set was initially designed for my friend who has an autistic son and couldn’t find a visual timetable resource to meet their needs. I have designed this to be as flexible as possible, allowing it to meet the needs of many children who require a visual timetable to help them understand what happens throughout the day. Unlike many other resources out there, the clocks (now printed on the timetables) can be edited to show ANY time. So if your child needs to do 1 activity followed by another in quick succession, just draw on the clock hands to show that. It is designed to work for your routine so the resource is fully editable to meet your needs.

This is ideal for children with Autism but may be helpful for children with a wide range of special educational needs.

This visual timetable set is comprised of 4 wipe-clean timetables, each personalised with your child’s name. You get:
‘Xxx Name’s’ morning routine
‘Xxx Name’s’ school routine
‘Xxx Name’s’ evening routine
‘Xxx Name’s’ free time routine (ideal for weekends and school holidays).

You will also get 3 sets of unique stickers:
1 x getting ready icons including gender neutral clothing for all year round, bath, shower, sink, soap, toilet, toothbrush, school bag, breakfast and much more.
1x school day icons including transport, bags, stationery, lessons, tasks, play time and much more.
1x free time icons (for evenings weekends and school holidays) including a huge range of hobbies, interests, activities and much more.

All of the stickers are wipe clean so can be coloured in when the task is done if that helps to keep track of where they’ve got to. There is also a star that can be coloured in once each time slot of activity is completed. The stickers can be placed on the timetable and removed multiple times.

The actual timetable sheets are wipe-clean too so you can draw or write on that too if you don’t have an icon that you need. (You can also contact me and ask for specific icons and I’ll add them to the list for the next release).

All icons come without words so you can add your own personalisation to meet your needs. For example, a swing set icon could be: playing in the garden, a trip to the park, a school trip, break time at school etc. A book icon could be: a bedtime story, a lesson, quiet reading time etc. This set is so flexible, you really can customise it to be exactly what you need for your child.

You will get a fineliner wipe-clean pen for adding details (for the adult to use).
You will also get mini felt tips for colouring in the icons (not suitable for under 3s).

Thanks for looking at this listing. I have spent a great deal of time designing and making it because I genuinely care about helping families with children who have special needs. (My career was in education, helping children with special needs before I was medically retired).

I even donate 10% of the profit to the local Autism support group out of my own pocket. I also donate 10% of the profit on the autism awareness designs I sell on hoodies and t-shirts. Check out my similar product listings.

Alternatively if you’d like to order a cheaper version of this visual timetable set select design 2. You will be emailed the 7 files below, personalised with your child’s name:

Free time x35 (suitable for evenings, weekends and holidays)
You can print on a4 paper on a home printer. You can cut out the icons using scissors or a trimmer. You can laminate if you wish to. Laminating the timetables and icons will help them last and make them wipe clean. You will not receive any physical products by mail.

Please note: The email option will be sent to the email address on your order. I retain the copyright of the files and distribution, sharing, photocopying etc is strictly prohibited. These resources are created with love and care to help people. Please respect the copyright. In addition, I also donate 10% of the profit on the digital files to the local autism support group. Sharing these files rather than buying them also prevents money going to charity. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow around 3 weeks for me to make your physical timetable and 1 week for the digital files as it takes that long to pour all the love in to make it extra special and personalised when I have lots of orders to fit around my medical needs.

In the interest of the environment, I try to reuse packaging wherever possible. If you’d prefer new, just send me a message.

Many thanks.

I married my wonderful hubby in 2012. 2 weeks later I became very ill. I rapidly lost the ability to walk properly, experienced constant pain and involuntary movements and extreme fatigue. I was admitted to hospital on Christmas Eve 2012 and we missed our honeymoon as a result.

I was subsequently diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder. It’s one of those conditions that most people have never heard of…including the doctors! My life as I knew it was ripped from under me. I had a full time job working in a school helping young people, an active social life, was physically active and was very independent.  That is sadly a world away from how my life is now. I was always creative but now that I’m too poorly to work, I think I’d go mad if I couldn’t channel my limited energy into making pretty things for others to enjoy. It gives me a sense of purpose and I enjoy hearing customers say that they love what I made for them, and coming back for more. I also love that customers soon become friends and I’m thrilled to join this lovely supportive community to meet more Conscious Crafties.
