Seven Kinds of Cookies Bracelet, Swedish Fika

£24.50

Description

When having guests over in Sweden, there was once customary to treat them to seven kinds of baked gods. Everything from cinnamon rolls, buns to cookies were acceptable. Of course, this was during a time when women worked at home and thus had more time for such activities. The tradition even gave name to Sweden’s perhaps most famous baking cookbook: Sju sorters kakor (Seven kinds of cookies).

*Comes with 7 polymer clay charms of different baked gods: semla, punsch-roll, checkerboard cookie, macaron, chocolate chip cookie, princess cake and cinnamon roll.

*They charms are between 1,4cm to 1,8cm long.

*The bracelet is approximately 22cm long.

*Materials used are polymer clay, liquid clay, chalk pastel and nickel-free steel.

*Due to being handmade, each baked goods will vary slightly from one another.

*The material used makes the charms fairly light and sturdy, but I would not recommend throwing the bracelet to the ground, this might cause damage. IF anything were to break, simply use super glue or two-component epoxy and it will look brand new.

*Please note that the colours may vary slightly due to light condition when the photo was taken. I do my best to edit the photos so as to show the colours as true as possible.
