I had the overies and thyroid issues since I was 17, once the appendix was gone I lead a normal life til the glandular fever hit after my mini heart attack. The most degrading parts was having no control over my bladder, speech dribbling etc in the winter months, I’m only in my 30s and I truly think when that happened the first winter year I wanted to commit suicide. 7 yrs later we are in the now , I still relapse often with the winter months of October to feb where I’m house bound but I do arts and crafts to keep my mental well-being in check. Thankfully I have a amazing partner and two beautiful children plus a good friendship team who keep me strong and I couldn’t learn to love myself without the help of them so to my family I love you so much ❤️ X
