I have always been creative and enjoyed drawing and painting in particular.  As my conditions progressed it became impossible for me to hold down employment. Who wants to employ someone whose ribs break when they sneeze right?

As time went on my finances were becoming a serious problem and I needed to subsidise my income and so I had lots of pieces of wood in my garden. I love wood. I love the feel of it, the smell and the uniqueness of each piece. I decided I was going to attempt to burn pictures on to the wood. It can’t be that different to drawing on paper. How wrong was I? After many attempts I got to grips with it and started sharing my creations with my family and friends on social media.  They encouraged me to show my creations to other people and before I knew it people we asking me if they could buy my items.

I am very conscious of the environment and try to recycle and consume only what I need. All of the items I make are made by hand from reclaimed wood that would ordinarily be discarded or burned.

I begin with an idea that I draw on paper first, working out the dimensions and construction. I then make a prototype of the item and correct any design flaws. I don’t use laser cutters or printers everything is actually made by hand and the drawing done without templates. No two items are identical so what ever you purchase is one of a kind.

Many of my items can be personalised and customised to your requirements making it even more unique.

All items come gift wrapped in branded recycled packaging.
