They are ideal for couples who are apart due to covid19, illness, hospital, holiday, work etc or for young family if a parent is working away for example. They are a perfect gift for loved ones who have to be apart for example if one is in a care home. You can buy just 1 or a pair so that for example the man has a pic of his wife on the cushion and the woman has the picture of her husband. Or dad has the picture of the child and the child has a photo of the dad. You get a discount for buying the pair. I even donate 10% of the profits to Alzheimer’s Society as the original cushion in the pictures was made for my nan who’s got vascular dementia and is in a care home and grandad who is isolating due to covid19 risk and they are missing sach other. Even in his 80s my grandad was visiting my nan on his mobility scooter every day and now they can’t see each other after over 60 years of marriage it’s really hard for them. Now they can hug each other via a cushion without being at risk.
Being able to kiss a photo on a silky cushion and give the cushion a squeeze can bring real comfort. Why not add family members you can’t see right now to cushions and feel like you still have them around you.
It will make a perfect gift for a new home or for moving into student accommodation and trying to make it feel homely. It’s a great gift for someone in hospital too, especially since it can bring beauty and comfort and isn’t banned like flowers often are.
The artwork is original and designed by me then professionally sublimation printed on a white square cushion cover. It has a luxurious, lightweight, silky feel with a zipped cover. (NB Cushion pad not included because it would be more expensive to post than a pad would cost you to buy separately in a store like wilkos).
Photos do need to be large and high quality ideally with a fair amount of background so that they can be cropped to fill the heart shape without cropping into the face. (Screengrabs and Facebook downloads are likely to pixilate) If you only have small pictures it may be possible to print them in smaller hearts repeated over the cushion.
In the interest of helping the environment, your product may arrive in reused packaging.
