Description

Looking for a pillow to make nursing / breastfeeding / bottle feeding your baby easier and more comfortable? Finally a new version of the big, fluffy nursingpillows available. This one you just put on your arm, lay the baby to your heart and both of you feel the soft, fluffy pillow against your skin and at the same time it is easy for you to move both you and the baby. And when you are finished and want to look at your beatiful baby, just unbutton the pillow and you have the perfect support for having the baby on your knees (look at Picture four).
The pillow is easy to take with you both in the carrier, the buggy or just put it on top of the diaperbag and you are good to go.
I discovered this version of nursing pillow when all my friends got Babies and I loved to hold them but I have unfourtenately not to much strength in my arms so it hurt so much just a short while in the feeding process and just when the baby got use to me and I found a position working for me the arm turned numb (or the pillow put under my arm fell down on the floor – especially during the times I’m bound to my weelchair the armrest has Always been in the way – now I use my pillow as an added support and it fits and works out great). I refused to not let this stop me – I just love “borrowing” a friends baby and just cuddle or help feed. This is when this pillow in this version was born for me. I Think every mom and dad can have great use of it – both for themselves (great on picknicks and walks in the park when you nees something light and easy to help you) and for everyone around them who wants to cuddle with their little loved ones. for ex.the grandparents and friends. It is also the perfect babyshower gift. Why not add a binkie to the present with the babys name embroidered. (look at Another of my listings)
These pillows are made of 100% supersoft cotton jersey fabric on one side and 100 % soft cotton terry cloth on the other. ( I used terry cloth since I know how warm you can be when you sit with your arm bent for a while and this is both soft and waterabsorbing). The filling is oeko polyester so you can easily just put it in the waschermachine and then in the drier on low heat and your pillow is like new again.
OBS! This listing is for a orange pillow shown in Picture 1 and 2. Picture 3 and 4 is just to demo two ways the pillow can be used
If you would like a different colour combination – please just email me and I will get back to you with a draft.

Severe Asthma and Allergies (both to food, nature, animals and lot of medicines) it makes my life very limited and if I had not had my sewing I probably would have given up completely. Unfortunately 15 years ago I got an infection in the train on my way to a new job possibility in our capital of Sweden – Stockholm. The coming two years I got double sided Pneumonia more than 8 times and at the same time I got Sinusitis more than 10 times. I got huge amount of cortison to survive and was totally isolated at my parents (I reacted badly to all the hospital staff changing so often so my parents got to choose – take me home – try and care for me the time I had left or leave me in hospital and I would probably only make it three more months. This was 12 years ago and I’m still here:-) Thanks to my mum who never gave up!! We started up sewing again to have something positive to concentrate on (since we were totally isolated for more than three years) and it worked! I now have found out that I have an unknown kind of “connective tissue disease ” that causes my immune system to collapse 15 years ago. It has gotten worse and now I can wake up in the middle of the night and feel how the bones in my feet and legs break. When I try to stand up the morning after I just want to scream. This means even more medicine and mainly a lot of morphine. The disease also means among a lot of other symptoms that I don’t have any effect of local aesthetic which means a lot of pain during smaller operations and dental care (I can’t be sedated due to the severity of my Asthma) a lot of pain as you see but sewing is my rescue. Whenever it’s too hard I try to sew and if I’m feeling too bad I look at patterns or online tutorials – it helps :-) this was a long explanation but I just wanted you to get the picture.
