Mental Health Fidget Spinner Pendant.
This is made to order and will be as close to the one in the photo as possible.
The chain in the photo isn’t included as this is for photographic purposes only.
The idea is to spin it in various ways when you are feeling anxious or low.
Made from sterling silver, rose gold filled and yellow gold filled.
What is gold filled- Gold-filled jewellery is jewellery composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item’s total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some base metal. This isn’t like plating. Plating is only a thin layer of gold, whereas with gold filled, it is a thick layer, and will not wear off.
The silver in my pieces come under the exemption weight, which is less than 7.78g, so therefore, they don’t require a hallmark. Anything over 7.78g, requires a hallmark by law.

I started jewellery making back in 2010. It was a way of coping after I lost my Dad. Sadly losing my Dad took its toll on my health, and I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression.
I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis back in 2010, after suffering facial pain and various infections. This flares up from time to time.
In 2014, I started getting severe lower back and leg pain, and after lots of physio and an mri, it confirmed that I have degenerative disc disease. Sadly there is no cure for this. After having various medications to help control my pain, this has now affected my stomach, and I now have ongoing inflammation of the stomach, and I am very limited to what I can eat and drink. This affects me every day as I can no longer take pain relief for my back, or any other illnesses.
My underactive thyroid was diagnosed in 2019.
2022 I was diagnosed with Gilbert’s syndrome after my blood tests kept showing elevated bilirubin levels. This is linked to the liver. Unfortunately this is incurable and untreatable.
