Hello 🐶. My name is Lorraine. I used to have the most amazing job being a dog groomer and running my own salon which I owned for 10 years where I pampered gorgeous pups all day long and made yummy treats for them on special occasions. Sadly I developed Sarcoidosis (which is an autoimmune illness) which gradually slowed me down. I was later also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Sadly the pain and breathless along with the zero energy meant that I had to close my salon. I decided that, if I couldn’t treat doggies on the outside, I would make yummy treats and pamper them that way instead. This has been a slow progress due to anxiety and exhaustion but I’m getting there. All the treats I make are gluten free and vegan. I also make various handmade items and will list them as I build my shop here. My business is registered and insured and my homebased doggy bakery is located in Somerset. I have recently changed the name of my bakery from Stylish canines bakery to Herby Paws as I think it fits my business a bit better.

If you are not totally in love with your item, I operate a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding custom or personalised items that cannot easily be resold). Please contact me via my Contact Craftie button within 14 days of receiving your item, indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. Please include date and details of your order. If you wish to return your item, you will be notified of where to send it.
Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received. If requesting a refund, your Paypal account will be credited within 2 days.
If you have chosen to receive an exchange, on receipt of the returned item, a replacement item will be made. In the unlikely event your item needs to be repaired, you’ll be informed how long this will take.
