Description
Handmade seriously pink girly card to celebrate the bond between granny and grandchild. It could be used for the birth of a new granddaughter – or to send to a new granny, as well as any special event birthday – or just to say ‘well done’.
The colour base of the card is A5 in size – and is cream in colour.
This pretty card is full of wonderful little details, shapes and textures that will delight any recipient.
The front is made up of many layers of coordinating torn patterned papers applied at quirky angles. The top image is an artists drawn digital image printed in gentle grey / black tones. There are 2 lacy butterfly shapes die cut from textured, pearly tone card. There are also several little punched butterfly shapes scattered about the edges. There are pink gems added to the big butterfly bodies – and a long trail of mixed pink half pearls.
The greeting is hand scribbed in a sepia ink onto an ivory tag – it reads ‘Granny’s Special little girl’. The tag is matted with pink pearl card.
All my cards are unique, one off pieces of art, completed and ready to post out to you. They come with a plain inner for you to write your own message on and a plain envelope for you to present the card to the recipient.
