I have always found crafting a relaxing hobby and a welcome distraction from chronic pain and mental illness. As a teenager in hospital I tried out lots of different crafts and continued my craft hobbies into adult hood. When my daughter was born in January 2014 I started making pretty headbands and tutus for her as well as customising her clothing and shoes. I loved making tutus and blinging up boring clothes so I made a few for my friends daughters and other people started asking me if they could buy them so I set up a Facebook page in September 2014 and registered myself as a buisness. As time has gone on I came up with more ideas for my tutus and shoes, I now also sell personalised clothing and bags. I’m always thinking up new ideas and I love having something creative to do with my time. I am also a mum of two lovely boys who both have autism so I’m a carer as well which keep me very busy!
Customer details are not kept by myself once orders are shipped. I will never share customer details with third parties.
Cancellation may be requested within 48 hours for custom orders, refunds will be subject to a processing fee. Ready to ship products are processed usually within 12-24 hours so please check details carefully as if I’ve done the shipping label I cannot cancel. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect in which case exchange will be offered. If you do wish to return anything they must be in original packaging and unworn. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless I’m at fault. Surprise tutus are non refundable. If you are not happy to receive a surprise then please order a custom tutu. I offer these at heavily discounted cost as a way to clear up room in my stock cupboard so I use whatever materials I have, there for customer cannot specify colours or style only disliked colours and themes. Please do not order if you don’t like surprises.
