This handmade card features a purple fairy with a brown door with black details and a white arch mounted on a cream card blank. Foam pads are used to mount the fairy onto the card to give a 3D effect.
This greeting card would be suitable for a variety of occasions (the inside is blank for you to write your own message) and comes with a matching cream envelope. This card could also be framed in a box frame as home decoration.
This card is approximately 15cm x 15cm in size (6×6 inches) with the fairy giving a depth of approximately 5mm.
The fairy is drawn in violet glitter pen and cut from 180gsm premium purple card using a cutting machine and matted to 250gsm lilac mirror board. The fairy door is made up of 240gsm mocha brown card with the hinges, window frame and door handle cut from 180gsm premium black card. Gold metallic pen has been used to hand draw added detail to the door. The arch of the door is cut from 160gsm card with a flower detail cut from 180gsm premium pink card.
This card is packaged in a cellophane bag and posted in a board backed envelope to protect it.

I have loved making things for as long as I can remember and am always trying out new ways of crafting. Over the years I have cross stitched, paper crafted, scrapbooked, knitted, crocheted and coloured both for myself and as gifts for others. As family, friends and anyone I’ve worked with can verify, everyone has only received handmade cards from me since my mid-teens and every new baby in the family gets a personalised cross stitch for either their christening or first birthday.
In some ways crafting is an extension of my obsession with stationery – any excuse to buy pretty card, paper and pens. Acquiring my first cutting machine was a complete game changer as I no longer had to struggle cutting things out (health issues can mean I have problems with holding scissors and craft knives for too long). I could get back to enjoying designing and making beautiful things. It also gave me the idea and the confidence that maybe I could start my own business and Hayley-Roxanna Crafts was born.

3.1 Order Processing
When you place an order via my shop on ConsciousCrafties.com or my shop on Etsy,com, I receive only the required information in order to process your order (your name, address and email). I do not receive any card or bank details. For orders placed directly with me (for example, through social media pages), payment will be processed by Paypal. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for a custom order of a card, for example.
4.0 HOW I USE THE INFORMATION
The information you provide is used to fulfil your order on a ‘contract’ basis and is only used for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your purchase and for delivery of your items. Your personal information will not be added to my mailing list and you will not be contacted for marketing or advertising purposes unless you request me to do so.
5.0 SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We will NEVER sell or rent your personal data. To process your order and to fulfil your contract with us, your information is shared with third parties for the purpose of delivery (Royal Mail and courier services). It may be shared for compliance with legal, regulatory and law enforcement requests as appropriate and necessary. I will endeavour to notify you of any such requests. I am not responsible for how these third parties process your data, please visit their websites to read their privacy policies.
6.0 HOW I SECURE, STORE AND RETAIN DATA
We use Conscious Crafties website or Etsy website to trade and complete your purchase. Your data is secured, stored and retained by Conscious Crafties or Etsy to complete your purchase. We do not hold hard copies of your data and any data collected is held only as long as is necessary to carry out your order and to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records (7 years).
7.0 CRAFT FAIR CUSTOMERS
If you visit the craft fair I am attending you may be recorded on CCTV if the location has this in operation. If you purchase from me using cash and collect your item on the day, no personal information will be collected or stored. If paying my debit or credit card, a SumUp card reader will be used to process your card details. I do not receive any card or bank details. For made-to-order items that can’t be collected on the day, I will need to ask you for your name and address in order to deliver your order. If I’m unable to hand deliver your item, I would need to pass your name and address to a third party (eg Royal Mail or Courier) in order for them to deliver your parcel.
8.0 HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE INFORMATION HELD ABOUT YOU
You have the right to access, update or ask us to delete your personal information. Please email our Data Controller found in section 9.0 below. We are obliged by law to provide this service within 30 calendar days of your request free of charge. However, we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
9.0 DATA BREACHES
We will report any unlawful data breach to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach, if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen. If you feel your data has been compromised you have a right to contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

If you are not totally in love with your item, I operate a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding custom or personalised items that cannot easily be resold). My policy cover items you have bought from me in a sale or at full price. Please contact me via my Contact Craftie button (on any product page in my shop) within 14 days of receiving your item, indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. Please include date and details of your order. If you wish to return your item, you will be notified of where to send it. Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received. If requesting a refund, your Paypal account will be credited within 2 days. If you have chosen to receive an exchange, on receipt of the returned item, a replacement item will be made. In the unlikely event your item needs to be repaired, you’ll be informed how long this will take.
