The idea behind a wish bracelet is that you make a wish, and tie it on. In time, the cord wears out and your wish will come true!

∞ Black 1mm waxed cord, 45cm long to enable it to be tied to either a wrist or an ankle

Packaging
∞ Supplied on a cute quality printed card, in a cellophane packet (approx. 124mm x 76mm), perfectly sized to slip into a greeting card. The reverse is left blank to allow you to write your personalised message to the recipient.
∞ Printed on the card is the a wish bracelet poem that I have wrote. The card can be customised, please contact me with your requirements.

For Direct Orders All direct orders generated via craft events and locally to friends and family are payable by cash or via PayPal. No personal information is collected for direct stock purchases. For custom orders generated directly via craft events etc that are to be delivered at a later date, the following information is required in order to fulfil the order: - Full Name Address Email Address Details of the order including any specific personalisation 3. How Do I Collect This Data? The data is supplied to Craft of the Knot after the direct purchasing of custom orders or online at the checkout process via PayPal and / or emails from the Conscious Crafties website and consists of the details you provided during the ordering process. 4. Why Do I Collect This Data? Craft of the Knot requires your Full Name & Address for your parcel can be despatched to the correct place of residence upon completion. Your email address is required, to enable contact with you should there be a problem or to send design previews of items should you require them. 5. Do I Share Your Information? Your Full Name & Delivery Address is shared with Royal Mail to enable your parcel to be delivered to you. Your personal data is not shared with or sold to any other business or outside individual. 6. Using Your Data for Marketing Purposes Craft of the Knot does not currently operate any mailing lists or newsletters. If this changes, the policy will be reviewed and updated to reflect current legislation and you will be notified of your rights. Any future mailing lists or newsletter distribution lists will be solely comprised of information provided by a positive opt in process.   7. Security and Storing of Your Data 7.1. Data Stored Electronically with Third Parties The data is stored and accessible to Craft of the Knot via the Conscious Crafties website, the PayPal website and if you provided via social media messaging services by these too, please refer to their GDPR polices for further information. 7.2. Data Stored Electronically by Craft of The Knot Craft of the Knot stores the detail of your order to enable the compliance with HMRC requirements. Craft of the Knot does not store your postal address and does not have access too or store any banking details. The information stored electronically by Craft of the Knot is on a secure password protected home network for accessing via a lap top and mobile devices. All devices used to access the home network are password protected. 7.3. Data Stored as Hard Copies 7.3.1. Picking List and Address Labels Online Orders For online orders Craft of the knot prints only one copy of the Picking list and delivery address label directly from the Conscious Crafites website; the picking list is supplied with your order and the address labels are affixed to your order for despatching. No further copies are made or stored in hard copy. 7.3.2. Direct Custom Orders For direct custom orders, the order form is stored securely in a locked metal filing box. The address will be copied from the order form directly onto the packaging. 7.3.3. Proof of Postage Receipts Craft of the knot obtains proof of postage form the Royal Mail for every order despatched. This may contain part of the postal address including postcode. These are stored securely in a locked metal filling box. 7.3.4. Destruction of Hard Copies Craft of the Knot utilises a cross cut shredder to destroy all hard copies of custom order and proof of postage receipts after 12 calendar months. On occasion, it may be necessary to keep hard copies longer time frames, for example to comply with HMRC requirements of retaining pertinent documentation for tax purposes for a minimum of 6 years.   8. Requesting A Copy of The Data Held You can request a copy of all your data that Craft of the Knot currently holds on file in both electronically and hard copy using the contact details in section 10 of this document. This information will be provided to you free of charge within one month of receipt of your request. 9. Requesting for The Destruction of All Your Data Held You can request for the destruction of all your data that Craft of the Knot currently holds on file in both electronically and hard copy using the contact details in section 10 of this document. Hard copies will be destroyed via a cross cut shredder and electronic version will be deleted from the network including the recycle bin, this service will be provided to you free of charge within one month of receipt of your request and confirmation of the destruction will be provided. 10. Returns Policy

If you are not totally in love with your item, I operate a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding custom or personalised items that cannot easily be resold). Please contact me via this website within 14 days of receiving your item, indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. Please include date and details of your order. If you wish to return your item, you will be notified of where to send it. Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received. If requesting a refund, your Paypal account will be credited within 2 days. If you have chosen to receive an exchange, on receipt of the returned item, a replacement item will be made. In the unlikely event your item needs to be repaired, you’ll be informed how long this will take.
