Being creative and helping others to discover their creativity helps me to support my well-being.
When I’m creating or teaching others to create I get lost in the moment, my focus is completely held by what I’m doing.
Crafting keeps me in the present, for me it is the ultimate form of mindfulness.
As well as creating my own crafts I run a social enterprise aimed at giving people opportunities to #create4health by providing crafty retreats across the UK as well as craft classes and workshops on my Midlands based narrowboat craft studio.
I love sharing my creations and get a real buzz sending them to their new homes.
