Description

Invisible Disability Button Badge. Do you live with an invisible illness/disability?  This badge is a perfect visual aid to help raise awareness for these invisible conditions, and let others know that you live with the daily battle these give us. Together we can try to end the stigma of invisible illnesses, and get the word out that not all disabilities are visible. The badge looks great worn as a fashion accessory.

Made using a professional badge machine, the front of the button badge is metal, with a plastic back with pin fastening. The images are printed onto high quality paper, punched out and placed over the metal front. A piece of mylar covers the image, to give it a glossy finish and for protection. All our badges look great on jackets, bags or hats. You can even pin them around the house on curtains, or other fabric.

These badges are available in 2 sizes; 25mm and 38mm. Choose your preference from the drop down menu.

Please note: As these badges are handmade, they may vary slightly from the picture.
Any glare on the badges is just from the photo and will not be on the finished badge.

If you would prefer this design as a fridge magnet or keyring, please message us.

In 2011 I started getting tired and having awful pains in my right shoulder, as well as widespread aches and pains. I put it down to being a single mum, and trying to hold down a job, as well as getting older. By January 2012, my shoulder pain was enough to put me on long-term sick. After numerous visits to the GP, in the June I finally got an MRI which showed arthritis in the shoulder. Physio/injections followed, but nothing helped, and the pain elsewhere continued to worsen. August 2012 I got the diagnosis for Fibromyalgia. In Dec 2012 I had an op on my shoulder, where they shaved 2 of my bones and removed part of my shoulder blade. The op was unsuccessful, and I still get excrutiating pain.  I have also been diagnosed with IBS, and suffer with Panic and Anxiety attacks. 2018 has brought a further diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder
