Please use the ‘Order Notes to Seller’ box to specify colour scheme/theme and any other details for your order.

Please be aware that as I make these wreaths to order, I place an order with my supplier for materials once I have received your order and specifications. It takes time to handcraft each wreath when I’m so poorly so your patience is appreciated. Once completed, your bespoke wreath will be shipped when either my lovely Mum or CareGivers can take it to the Post Office for me as I am housebound most of the time.

I normally try to use recycled packaging to keep p+p costs low and to try to do my bit towards ending single-use products and materials.  If you’d prefer new, let me know.

I was living and working as a charity volunteer in Athens, Greece when I started to become severely ill in January 2016. By the February I was unable to look after myself, relying on friends for meals and to help with household tasks. We realised I couldn’t look after myself anymore and the 2 flights of stairs were starting to seem like Mount Everest! In the March of that year, I came back to the UK to stay with my parents while I “rested and recuperated for a few months”. I never made it back.

I was diagnosed with M.E. in December 2016 and Fibromyalgia in 2017 and Addison’s disease in 2019. I’m hoping I don’t collect anymore chronic illnesses!

I’ve been pretty much housebound and bedbound since becoming severely ill with M.E. but finding things to do/inspire me has meant I’ve been able to explore and spend more time on my creativity which was often sidelined previously. Crafting is definitely my therapy! I love trying new things and have lots and lots of ideas still to put into practice. Oak & Robin has been a dream of mine since 2016 so I’m delighted to finally make the step to opening this store.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and to browse through my shop.
