I have been taught over the years the power of mindfulness practices and find drawing and colouring in can be an excellent relaxing and grounding technique, giving you time to take space just for you.

Through dealing with my own compulsive eating disorder I have also learned that if you can distract yourself for 20 mins it can help save you from food cravings so this has been designed to help others who may also struggle with needing a vital distraction when the food monster strikes!
A4 frames are available in many high street shops for reasonable prices so you could also frame your finished product!
